The Hunter Outfit

I call this the "hunter outfit" basically because I look like I'm ready to hunt deer !

The bomber and shirt were found at my ultimate favorite salvation army ever, it's in New Jersey and every time I go there, I hit the jackpot. To talk about the details, my mom is going to KILL me. She bought me these TUK creepers for christmas and made me swear not to wear them, I was only aloud to put them in my suitcase and bring them back to Paris to put under the Xmas tree. The thing is, I really wanted to wear them for thanksgiving with my black velvet dress ! Yikes I'm in trouble once she sees this, I better go hide under the bed now. BYE !

Btw, these super cool aviator sunnies were sent to me by a "made in USA" online shop called Randolph Engineering. Please check out their shop they have sunnies all made in the states with love and care!

J'ai nommé cette tenue, "prête pour aller chasser". Je ressemble a un chasseur américain non ? Le bomber et la chemise imprimée ont été dénichés dans une de mes fripes préférées au NJ, c'est la caserne d'Alibaba a chaque fois. Pour parler de mes chaussures, oui ce sont des creepers en velours ! Le seul truc c'est que ma maman me les a commandées pour Noel et m'a fais jurer de ne pas les porter. Il fallait que je les mettes dans ma valise pour les ramener a Paris et les mettre sous le sapin. Vite, il faut que j'aille me cacher sous le lit avant qu'elle voit mon nouveau poste ! BYE ! (en vrai, je voulais les porter avec ma robe en velour pour Thanksgiving !)

Rouge

It's finally thanksgiving break ! I really needed it. I'm going home in less then 3 weeks and I can't wait ! Paris here I come ! Today I'm wearing a very "fall" inspired outfit (which I usually don't do.) A few weeks ago, the french brand Maison Standards contacting me for a collaboration. They send me this super comfy elbow patch sweatshirt. I paired it with one of my favorite vintage items, my velvet burn out shirt. Je suis enfin en break, enfin juste pour 5 jours mais j'en avais besoin ! Je rentre a Paris dans moins de 3 semaines et je suis excitée comme une puce ! Aujourd'hui, je porte une tenue un peu couleur d'automne (sans fais exprès !). Il y'a quelques semaines, la boutique Maison Standards m'a contactée pour une collaboration. Ils m'ont envoyé ce sweatshirt ! Je l'ai associé avec une de mes pièces favorites, ma chemise en velour. C'est toujours très pratique d'avoir des " pièces classiques" dans son armoire, parce que ca se porte avec tout. Allez jeter un coup d'oeil ca vaut la peine ! xx

VENUS

A few pictures taken by my friend and talented photographer Arturo Olmos. This was my first time in an actual studio and it was super fun ! The white dress I'm wearing in the first pictures is my own design, I made it with white vinyl.

Project #2

A few pictures of my creations I did a few weeks ago for another project. Both garments are made out of mohair, neoprene and terry cloth. I combined some of them together. It's a very comfortable outfit and the collar on the sweater can be pulled all the way up to keep you warm during winter ! Pictures were taken by my friend and talented photographer Mika Altskan and the garments were modeled by the beautiful Natasha Hesketh. 

Quelques photos de mes creations faites il y'a 2 semaines. Le pull et la robe sont en Neoprene, Terry cloth et Mohair. L'ensemble est trés doux et comfortable et le col sur le pull peut se dérouler jusqu'au dessus du nez pour tenir chaud ou pour protéger contre le vent en hiver. Les photos ont été prises par le talentueux Mika Altskan et les vêtements ont été portés par mon amie Natasha Hesketh.

Forever a 90's kid

After walking 5 miles over the Manhattan Bridge, I finally made it to Chinatown for Dim Sum and got to take a few pictures of my outfit in Soho. The pants I'm wearing were sent to me by Articles Of Society, a super cute denim brand based in California. They asked me to be part of their blogger contest, they send the same pair of jeans to 5 bloggers and we get featured on their blog ! Aujourd'hui je porte une tenue tres "goth", un peu 90's kid ! Les pantalons m'ont été offerts par Articles Of Society, une compagnie de jean basée a Los Angeles. Ils envoient la meme paire de jeans a 5 bloggeuses pour ensuite nous mettre sur leur blog et chaque semaine c'est une paire de jean différente ! J'ai associé les jeans avec mes chaussures a plateformes de chez Persunmall !

Cat Lady

Christmas is a month away but I still got mine a month early. Alex decided to give me his now because he wanted me to wear them. I have to say they are the coolest. I'm officially the owner of Converse limited edition of The Simpsons  ! I decided to wear them with my FemmeX crazy cat shirt ! xx

Normalement, Noel c'est dans un mois. Pour moi, c'était hier ! Alex a décidé de m'offrir son cadeau de Noel 30 jours en avance parce qu'il voulait me voir les porter. Je dois vous avouer que je suis très contente de sa décision. Voici ma paire de converse édition limitée "The Simpsons". Je les porte avec mon tee shirt crazy cat de chez FemmeX ! xx
